The Serve & Attack Clinic is designed to have quality reps in hitting and serving. The hitting focuses will be defining and attacking in-system and out-of-system balls, attacking zones, expanding court by tooling the block, etc. We will also refine the base positioning, body posture, and footwork for blocking. The serving focuses will be refining the standing float, but mostly focus on Jump Float. Registration is open to all current and prospective Skyline athletes.
